You are warmly invited to the beautiful and soulful Peak District setting of Cliff College for a weekend reflecting on five of the holy habits found in Luke’s cameo portrait of Christian discipleship and community (Acts 2:42–47).
There is a choice of two weekends: 11–13 October 2019 and 6–8 March 2020. I will be hosting both weekends with a guest host at each. I’m delighted that Sally Coleman from Sheffield will be joining me for the first weekend. Sally is very gifted artistically and creatively and will be enhancing this aspect of the weekend.
The weekends will include devotions, conversations and creative activities linked to the theme, with space for personal reflection and exploration of the beauty of the local area.
The October weekend will explore the holy habits of Biblical Teaching, Prayer, Fellowship, Eating Together and Making More Disciples. The March weekend will explore the holy habits of Breaking Bread, Serving, Sharing Resources, Gladness and Generosity and Worship.
The cost is £170 for a weekend (including all materials, meals and refreshments and accommodation). If, however, you wish to book for both weekends, then the second weekend cost will be reduced to £150.
For more information or to book, please visit Cliff College or contact me via holyhabits@btinternet.com
